These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Scrum Poker Online ("Service", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Scrum Poker Online is a free online planning poker tool for estimating user stories with your team. Contact: [email protected].

2. Free of Charge

The Service is completely free. There are no paid plans, subscriptions, or payments of any kind. Providing the Service free of charge does not oblige us to keep offering it indefinitely; we may modify or discontinue it at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Accounts

An account is optional — you can use the Service as a guest.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
You can delete your account at any time from the user menu. Deletion is permanent.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service to break the law, harass others, transmit harmful or offensive content, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the Service, or send automated traffic that overloads it. We may block or terminate access that violates these rules.

6. Your Content

You own the content you submit (room names, stories, votes, chat messages). Session content is temporary: it is automatically deleted about one hour after a room becomes empty and is never stored permanently.

7. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
